Refund policy

Thank you for supporting our small buissnes and shopping at Beau Jolie. As a small buissines we are curently unable to accept and process returns or exchanges. If there any issues with the size of rings, brecelets or anklets, we reccomend going to your local jewelry store and having your piece sized perefctly to you.

Items sent back to us without contating us will not be accepted. Please DO NOT ship any items to our adress.

Damages and issues
Here at Beau Jolie we peronaly inspect and make sure every piece of jewelry has working clasps, hinges and all huggies are tightened and checked for security. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please conatct us within 24 hours of delivery with any reports of damages or questions/concerns.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom pieces. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
