At Beau Jolie, we believe fine jewelry should feel personal from the moment it is created to the moment it reaches you. Many of our pieces are made to order, allowing us to begin preparing your jewelry specifically for you once your order is placed. Rather than being selected from a shelf, your piece is given the time and attention needed to prepare it properly.
Production & Processing
Most Beau Jolie pieces are made to order. Please allow 2–4 weeks for production. This time allows us to carefully complete your piece and ensure it meets our standards before it leaves us. Some pieces are ready to ship and may leave our studio sooner.
Shipping
All orders are fully insured and shipped via UPS to help ensure your jewelry arrives safely. Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days.
Quality Before Delivery
Before your jewelry leaves our studio, every piece undergoes a thorough inspection for craftsmanship and quality. We take pride in creating pieces meant to be treasured for years to come, and we want every detail to feel as considered as the jewelry itself.
Lost Packages
Once an order has been shipped, Beau Jolie is not responsible for packages that are lost in transit. If your package is lost, please contact UPS directly to initiate a claim.
